First National Framptons is a leading Real Estate firm in Alice Springs specialising in residential and commercial sales and management.
We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate who has the drive to be a successful Sales Agent. This role is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and experience as an independent sales agent and be part of a successful and premium brand.
Responsibilities
Prospecting for new business
Conducting inspections and auctions
Property appraisals & building inspections
Preparing vendor reports
Facilitate building/pest/bank valuations
Designing brochures, signboards and internet adverts
Monitoring email enquiries
Social media management
Updating and maintaining database
Managing vendor and buyers from enquiries to settlement
Managing offers then escalate to director for final negotiations
Basic administration

Strong work ethic, self-belief, confidence and a positive 'can do' attitude
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Highly organised with ability to multi-task
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook

High standard of grooming
Demonstrate initiative and be proactive
Prior experience in a similar role is desirable
Essential
Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) (or willing to undertake study to obtain)
Current full Drivers Licence
Own car and phone
Clear Police Check
