Established by Peter Norton in 1987, the first Framptons office was located in the Yeperenye Shopping Centre. In 1994, Frampton Real Estate joined the First National Real Estate network to better assist clients relocating throughout Australia. Four years later, the First National network introduced the Best Practice Quality Assurance system, a commitment to the highest standards of customer service. Framptons moved into its current premises in 2004. The building, featuring the renowned clock and temperature gauge, quickly became a landmark in the town.
