Duties:
- Day to day management of circa 300 residential properties
- Guiding the daily tasks of the Property Management Associate, and provide mentoring
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Carryout Ingoing and final inspections (no routines!)
- Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
- Minimise arrears and maximise returns for your owners
Specific requirements:
- Prior experience managing a portfolio
- Be passionate about being a PM, and someone who enjoys cultivating strong relationships
- A current RE Certificate or License
- Access to a reliable car and valid Drivers License
