In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants while upholding best practices in property management. You will be supported by a dedicated team, including two Assistant Property Managers, a Trust Manager, and an Office Administration Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient and high-quality service
- Oversee lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
- Handle maintenance requests, inspections, and compliance with property regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Resolve tenant disputes and ensure timely conflict resolution
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and legislative changes
- Assist with business development and client retention strategies
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of tenancy laws and property regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Property Tree software, Inspection Express and Microsoft Office
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
