Our Client
 
Our client was founded by two young Directors who knew there was a better way to deliver well-priced properties to investors who needed guidance in their wealth-creation journey. Now in their 7th year and having help hundreds of Australians (many who have come back to purchase 2nd and 3rd properties) this national Property Investment firm is going from strength to strength and requires another Administrator
 
The Role:
 
With 15-20 Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) signed a month, your day to day will include:

  • Assist in the process of property exchange through to property settlement
  • Manage the admin process from construction to handover, providing updates to clients and ensuring accurate data is input into system
  • Manage client relations, provide updates and follow up client and external parties to ensure timelines are met
  • Follow up progress claims and ensure they are paid by external parties in a timely manner
  • Update internal staff on construction status
  • Ensure client files are managed and updated accordingly

Specific requirements:
 
This will suit someone who has experience in a similar role, i.e.

  • Investment Sales or House & Land sales admin experience (1+ year)
  • Must be able to work from the office 9:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
  • Be passionate, high energy and self-motivated
  • Confident in delivering information and strong numerical capability
