Role & Duties
You will take the lead in managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring all documentation and processes are accurate and completed on time. You will review contracts, coordinate with all parties, and ensure seamless, compliant settlements, offering clients peace of mind throughout.
About You
You are a licensed, highly proactive and solution-oriented professional, with a proven track record for successfully handling property settlements from start to finish with precision and expertise!
- A sound knowledge of PEXA - desirable
- Proven experience in conveyancing/settlements is essential
- Ability to run high volume of files
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Corporate presentation & excellent communication skills
- Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
