About this opportunity
Based centrally just outside of the city, they are after a Property Manager who is looking to swich their pace, and work within a portfolio consisting of one investor.
Systems and processes within this agency are progressive and there is an abundance of support including an experienced Assistant, outsourced ingoing PCR’s, inspections and leasing team, ensuring clients continue to receive ongoing optimum service without stretching the Property Managers.
Your duties will include;
- Liaising with Owners and Tenants
- Overseeing rental arrears on a daily basis and ensuring they are kept to a minimum
- Final bond inspection
- There is no BDM or Trust Accounting required
Ideal Candidate
A personable property manager who is looking to expand their leadership experience by working closely with a buyers agent and assisting the investor grow the portfolio.
A history of exceeding customer experiences and an absolute passion for Property Management is a must.
You will be required to hold a current Property Management or along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
