Our client is a dynamic property syndication business that has experienced an impressive growth period in the last two years. To maintain this momentum and continue delivering exceptional results they are now seeking a Sales & Contracts Administrator to join their high-performing team.
As part of the collaborative property team, you will work closely with the Managing Director, ensuring that transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of property transactions to contribute to the continued success and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage contracts, leases, and property documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of property transactions.
- Coordinate and track the progress of transactions from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met.
- Be an active communicator, identifying potential issues.
- Liaise effectively with external stakeholders, such as solicitors, settlement agents, property agents, and financiers, to ensure successful outcomes.
Skills & experience required.
- 3+ years of relevant property experience (commercial, residential or development).
- Proven experience across a range of property types.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrate high levels of speed and accuracy in contract and document review.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
