Our Client
Boasting long-term staff, a young and enthusiastic Director who supports his team with external training, and a beautiful modern office with a welcoming / supporting team culture – this is an office that you will LOVE working with!
Duties:
Working alongside another Property Manager to manage 280 properties, you will collectively decide who takes care of what tasks for the portfolio. You might rotate those every 3 months, OR you might love what you have both chosen and stick with it. The great news is that as a team you get KPI incentives and also a distribution of growth at the end of the year!
Duties may include:
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Managing all ingoing, routine / outgoing inspections
- Rent renewals and increases
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Property refurbs and renovations
- Minimising arrears, and NCAT preparation / appearance
- Leasing – enquiries, showings etc
About You:
- 12+ months of property management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration or License
- Great attitude & long term view of PM as a career
- Own vehicle & Drivers Licence
- Local knowledge of the St George area would be ideal
