Duties: As the crucial link of activity and communication internally for all contact signings and deposits received this plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team (and also the clients to secure properties)
Duties will include:
- Regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Chase-up and provide updates on contract signing and deposit payments
- Actively manage all sales pipelines to progress deals forward (from EOI to unconditional contract)
- Provide support when required for contract related matters (to clients and the internal sales eam)
- Maintain a clear dashboard of deal-progress and produce reports to management
Specific requirements:
- 12+ months in a similar role (settlements, mortgage broking etc)
- Possess a solid understanding of residential real estate contracts and closing procedures
- Have a client-experience-focused mindset
- Real Estate certificate of License is preferred (but not essential)
- Tech-savvy across platforms like HubSpot, Zoom, GoogleSheets, DocuSign etc
