The Role
- Our office is based in West Leederville with designated project site offices located all around Perth. The role itself will see you expand your knowledge in off the plan sales along with individual project specifics and will require an ambitious and energetic approach to following up leads, setting your own buyer appointments and high level negotiating skills.
- The ability to work within a team is vital, as most of the lead generation/appointment setting is done from the office.
- This is a high volume role and has a very specific focus on not only what we do but how we do it.
How you will achieve this:
- We will provide ongoing personal development to maximise your income earning potential.
- Selling a range of residential projects throughout the Perth Metropolitan area
- An understanding of the drivers for investor, owner occupiers, downsizers and first home buyers to purchase off the plan apartments
- Meeting individual budgeted revenue on an annual basis
- Manage your time and priorities efficiently to work autonomously
- Collaborate with marketing to support/improve lead and sales conversions
- Knowledge of the Perth residential market
- Be imaginative and creative
- This is a full time role with the requirement to open on Saturday's
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Experience selling apartment stock or residential is preferred
- Polished presentation
- Customer centric and able to build rapport
- Availability to work weekends
- Driver’s license and car
- Sales Registration Certificate
Beneficial attributes
A solid understanding of project marketing and selling off the plan would be ideal.
Additionally, an ambitious agent with a proven track record of high performance in residential sales and company tenure could make a successful transition into this role.
Qualifications
Fully up to date Certificate of Sales Registration.
