Property Managers Role will include but not limited to the following:
- Property open inspections
- Undertaking routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Approving and signing up tenants
- Manage and process maintenance requests
- Preparing leases
- Bond finalization and refunds
- Attending Tribunal hearings
Qulifications and Attributes:
- Valid SA Drivers License and own reliable car
- Property Managers License
- Ability to efficiently manage time and excellent organisation skills
- Experience preferred in Property Management
- Well presented
- Experience with Property Me ideal
