They are a fast paced, energetic group of professionals who are led from the front by an inspirational, philanthropic Director, who engages and empowers their staff. Duties
This successful business is seeking a proven performer to join the team as their Senior Property Manager. Supported by an experienced Property Officer to assist with all the leasing & tenant management duties, you will be responsible for the following.
- Landlord communications and overseeing care of a small portfolio of 80 properties
- Provide instruction and guidance to the Property Officer
- Monitor arrears and take daily action
- Review rents and issue rental increase letters
- Focus on complete customer care including regularly reviewing insurances, opportunities for property improvement and having a list of well-priced trades to keep landlord returns at a maximum
- Undertake exit inspections and manage bond refunds
- Growth through business development and leverage sales contacts
Specific requirements
As you will have realised, this premium portfolio is over-resourced due to the business having a high customer focus, thus someone will come with:
- Strong property management experience & legislative knowledge
- A love of nurturing quality relationships
- Demonstrated success in portfolio growth (or enjoyment of business development)
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (or obtaining one)
- Car and drivers licence
