Some of your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Receiving customer enquiries (phone and email)
  • Drafting marketing proofs for properties 
  • Preparing contracts for sale 
  • Delivering end to end service and results for our Agents
  • Liaising with clients to provide memorable sales experiences 
  • Collaborating with solicitors regarding conditions and settlement dates 
  • Receiving trust funds and preparing commission calculations for real estate agents
  • Other administrative duties.

 

Skills/Experience required:

As part of the Sales Administration Team, you'll be a key part of delivering end to end service and results for our Agents.  Your success will depend on your ability to coordinate the relevant parties involved, be organised and communicate with clients calmly and efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • You will have a self-motivated, can-do attitude and an ability to take the initiative
  • Strong customer focus and organisational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
