The Role:
- Develop and maintain strong sales and customer service relationships with new and existing clients
- Assist customers with accurate product selection tailored to their requirements and industry standards
- Read and interpret plans for accurate quoting
- Create precise and timely quotations and orders using specialized software (V6)
- Conduct site measurements as needed
- Manage and update the CRM on a daily basis
- Creating and maintaining a wide customer base, while meeting monthly KPIs
- Assisting customers with enquiries and unique issues both face-to-face and over the phone. Maintaining technical expertise and product knowledge needed to make sales and negotiate contracts.
- Supervising and coordinating jobs and projects, ensuring prompt and timely manufacturing and delivery.
The Person:
- Proven technical sales background with relevant experience in windows, doors, glass, or related building industry sectors
- Strong computer skills and experience using quoting software (V6 preferred)
- Understanding of technical products, building codes, regulations, and Australian Standards
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building
- Excellent product knowledge and is a go-getter who is not afraid to pick up the phone
- Great attention to detail who is able to upsell and cross-sell multiple products and benefits
- Positive attitude with a friendly approach to their work who can work in a team and autonomously.
