Role & Duties
- Support a team of high producing agents
- Assist in preparing property listings, brochures, and marketing materials
- Coordinate and schedule signboards & liaise with contractors
- Assist with social media updates and online marketing efforts for property listings
- Schedule and manage appointments and organise open homes
- Build and sustain strong relationships with buyers, investors and industry contacts
- Coordinate and assist in preparing property listings
About You
Bring your energy and initiative to a role where you'll work alongside and support a high producing team of agents with their property listings and sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales / sales administration, a strong understanding of the local Perth market, and the ability to foster client relationships
- WA Real Estate Registration
- Industry experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Corporate presentation & excellent communication skills
- Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
