The Role:
Working alongside a General Manager and Marketing Manager, this position will essentially be responsible for achieving optimal occupancy for two existings sites (at 80% and 20% occupancy respectively) and a new site due to launch later in the year. Duties will include:
- Carry out prospecting via working with brokers, cold calling, social media/online outreach, networking events, while simultaneously managing inbound leads and existing pipeline
- Run the entire sales process from qualification to close
- Execute strategic sales plans to maximise business opportunities and achieve sustainable growth and success
- Work closely with the Member Relations team to optimise member onboarding and experience
- Provide accurate sales forecasts of opportunities to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Be a brand ambassador and attend relevant networking events to build a database of potential clients and partners
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales-related fields (Co-Working, Serviced Offices or Office Leasing) in Sydney
- Be a self-starter, with high energy and a proven track record in prospecting and closing sales
- Have experience in customer service and relationship building
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Full working rights in Australia and live within an easy commute of Sydney CBD
