The Company:
Our client is a highly recognised multi-office business that is experiencing great success. Led by two successful principals and surrounded by a fast-paced and passionate team they are looking for a Sales Associate to join their team.
Duties:
Commencing as an Associate and providing one on one support to this high-achieving Principal, tasks will include:
- Administration duties in preparation for new listings, open homes etc
- Preparing market appraisal kits
- Property preparation. Styling, inspections, valuations, trades, photography etc
- Liaise with the marketing team to get properties live
- Pointer sign placement for open homes
- Cold calling, door knocking & letterbox dropping around listings and to get new business
- Diary & database management
- Admin tasks associated with sales process
Specific requirements:
- Real Estate experience essential
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Computer literate + tech savvy
- Works well under pressure
- Real Estate certificate, car and driver’s license
- Willing to work hard and remain in a role long term
