This well-known brand in the Inner West is on a continuous growth path and is looking to hire a new Receptionist to their buzzing team! The office is only sales focused and they pride themselves on their excellent market knowledge and presence.
If you are looking for a start in Real Estate than this could be your opportunity to join an outstanding team!!
You need to be comfortable and confident on the phone and have outstanding Customer Service skills to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Being the first person to greet visitors to the office
* The ‘boss’ of the front office area and ensuring its flawless presentation
* Answering and directing calls
* Admin support to the Sales team
* Database management
* Client service calls to the database
* Drafting letters, social media updates and general office duties
This role will suit:
* Whilst experience is preferred, a Junior candidate with some admin experience or a candidate excited about a career in Real Estate and wants to get in the door will also be considered
* Someone who is a good team player
* A candidate with a great attitude and ability to be punctual is essential
* Someone local to the Inner West
