We are ideally looking for someone who has a experience as a Property Manager and is keen to align with an innovative and fun agency. Systems and processes within this agency are progressive and support from a hands on Head of Department.

Duties will Include;

Quarterly Inspections
Final Bond Processes
Maintenance
Arrears
Liaising with, owners, tenants and contractors

Ideal Candidate

A history of exceeding customer experiences and an absolute passion for Property Management is a must.

You will be required to hold a current Property Management registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
