Property Manager

A successful full service agency, who have gone through a considerable growth period and continue to build the team at a steady pace, are on a lookout for an ambitious property manager to join their team.

About this opportunity

Systems and processes within this agency are progressive and there is an abundance of support including an experienced Assistant, outsourced ingoing PCR’s, inspections and leasing team, ensuring clients continue to receive ongoing optimum service without stretching the Property Managers. 

Your duties will include;

• Liaising with Owners and Tenants 
• Overseeing rental arrears on a daily basis and ensuring they are kept to a minimum
• Final bond inspection 
• There is no BDM
• No Trust Accounting required
• No leasing

Ideal Candidate
  
A motivated property manager with a history of exceeding customer experiences and an absolute passion for Property Management is a must.

You will be required to hold a current Property Management along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
