Duties:
Armed with a league of support including a Leasing Executive, the Accounts team and an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for
- Day to day management of 250 properties
- Coordinating duties for your POD
- Undertake routine and final inspections
- Rental increases and lease renewals
- Dispute resolution and NCAT if needed
- You are welcome to source New Business for additional commission (but this duty is not a requirement)
Specific requirements:
Our client is very open on experience and background, but you will be able to demonstrate that you have the following:
- Capability to autonomously manage a residential portfolio
- A current Real Estate License or Certificate
- A car and drivers licence
