About the opportunity
With a focus on customer service and providing their team a friendly and supportive environment in which to grow, it's no surprise they have many long tenured property management staff. Due to growth and internal movement, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join their team and manage a tidy portfolio of approximately 110 residential properties. With experienced in-house administration support and a dedicated team to assist with field work, the role will be office based with limited inspections and outside work. Main duties will include:
- Liaising with Owners, Tenants & Contractors
- Maintenance
- Rental arrears
- Ensuring legislative requirements are met and portfolios remain compliant
Ideal Candidate
Our client is ideally looking for someone who has a minimum of 2+ years portfolio management experience and is confident with legislative requirements. They will also consider an experienced Assistant Property Manager ready for their next career move.
A history of exceeding customer experiences and an absolute passion for Property Management is a must.
You will be required to hold a current Property Management along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
