Based in Perth's south, they are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team and drive innovation. You will be responsible an extremely well managed portfolio who has had great PM stability in the last 10 years.

You will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to each of your clients. With the ability to manage your time effectively, you will also have a current driver’s licence. Duties will include:
- Owner and contractor liaison
- Rental arrears process
- All property maintenance
- Final bond inspections
To be considered you will have already attained your WA Property Management Registration and a valid drivers license Alternatively, our client is also open to considering candidates coming from an assistant or junior role, although you must have relevant industry experience.
