About this opportunity:

Join a highly successful and well regarded agency specialising in the sale and management of luxury, character homes. Offering top of the line service, they are now an employer of choice and attract some of the industries most prestigious professionals. Reporting into a highly experienced and passionate Head of Department, you will be responsible for managing a capped portfolio of 100-120 properties. You will have an Assistant Property Manager and support from an experienced Leasing team, enabling you to focus on the delivery of service and nurturing your landlord and tenant relationships. 

Other responsibilities include: 

• Liaising with owners, tenants and contractors
• Quarterly inspections
• Final Bonds
• Rental Arrears
• Maintenance
• NO TRUST/EOM
• NO BDM

Our ideal candidate:

Our client is seeking a well presented, engaged, and experienced Property Manager that is super passionate about the level of service they provide their clients.

• Minimum of 2 years portfolio management experience 
• Current WA Property Management registration with up to date CPD points
• Valid WA drivers license
• Experience using cloud based software Property Tree (or similar) will be highly regarded

Benefits include a capped portfolio, flexibility and work from home options and a competitive salary of $80k - $85k + super + fuel allowance.
