Team Brockhurst Property Management is based in Huntingdale are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Property Manager to join our Award Winning team. The candidate will be a self-starter, able to work both within a team and autonomously, is proactive, driven and goal orientated, well organised and has excellent customer service and gets excited in the little wins and takes pride in their portfolio.

PM Team consisting of fellow Property Manager and Assistant
THE ROLE
5 days per week (Monday – Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm)
Approx 100 properties
Opportunity to grow portfolio
Maintain current relationships with established Landlords and Tenants
Build and increase new managements / acquisitions to the current rent role
Manage rent / invoiced arrears daily
Manage maintenance work orders through maintenance plus dashboard
Sign up new managements and manage MA renewals
Manage new lease sign ups and lease renewals
Manage rent reviews for own portfolio
Be assisted by experienced Assistant Property Manager
Have experience and grow testimonials and reviews
Schedule own home opens, Conduct viewings, phone enquiry and rental applications and processing applications
General PM tasks
Processing insurance claims and court attendance as required
Bond finalisations including bond inspections
Conduct own routine inspections
Initial Property Condition reports are outsourced
Training and ongoing support provided
Ability to work on the road and meet clients outside the office
KPI driven

Brand quarterly awards social events and annual Ball attendance

In-Trust Accounting support
Marketing and Management support
REQUIREMENTS
IMMEDIATE start and training provided
Real Estate Registration / Property Management qualification required
Current with CPDs to be able to hit the ground running
Experience in Property Tree preferred but not essential
Experience in Inspect Real Estate preferred but not essential
Current drivers license
Dedicated, organised, enthusiastic with a great attention to detail
High level of customer service
A desire to achieve and grow the portfolio
Company vehicle and fuel card provided
Maintain and grow relationships with clients and colleagues
Can offer and improve the growth of the business
Salary will be based on experience
