Located in a great part of the inner west, you will be working as a Property Manager, forming an important part of a friendly and professional property management team of 3. You will be managing your own portfolio of approximately 150 properties.
If you have experience in Property Management and would like to work for an excellent, industry leading brand, then we would love to hear from you!
Day to day duties:
* Day to day management of the portfolio
* Respond to tenant enquiries
* Minimise arrears and settling outstanding matters
* Conduct rent reviews & increases
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance as required
* Attend tribunal as required
