Position available for a Part-Time Property Manager with the possibility of growing into a Full-Time position and a more extensive roll beyond for the right applicant.
We are a small independent company looking to move forward and looking to employ the right personnel who can grow with the company to a senior level.
Manage a small portfolio of clients, no trust accounting required and PCR's outsourced so not necessary.
Work closely with the inspection manager to ensure landlords are kept up to date.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Property manager to manage the portfolio to achieve the best outcomes.
The ability to go above and beyond for your owners, tenants, and contractors. This is a company that really has a passion for providing top level customer service.
SKILL & EXPERIENCE
Previous Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager experience required.
Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points.
Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience possible. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
Computer proficient, REST essential.
