About this rare opportunity
  
Manage a clean portfolio of approximately 50 residential/rural properties, with  capacity for this portfolio to grow from new managements coming into the business.  This growth will be capped at a maximum of 85 to ensure not only service levels are maintained, but also that the team have a healthy work-life-balance. 

Ingoing PCR's are outsourced and there is no business development or trust accounting duties.

Responsibilities will include;

• Meeting and sign-up of all new tenants in your portfolio
• Quarterly routine inspections
• Final bond inspections and process
• All property maintenance
• Liaise with all Owners, Tenants and Contractors
• PropertyME, Rentfind and IRE

Essentials

• Current WA Property Management or Sales Registration
• Minimum 2+ years portfolio management experience
• Valid WA drivers license
