Austpro Properties is a boutique real estate agency based in Cannington, WA. We are looking for a full-time property manager to look after a neat portfolio, spread within the Perth metropolitan area. As the business is growing and booming, this position will be suitable for you who has the ambition to move to the next level in your real estate career
As the property manager, you are expected to:
- Conduct home viewing, process application and liaise with the landlords
- Conduct routine inspection
- Follow up on arrears on rent and water bill
- Conduct final bond inspection and bond disposal
- Organise and attend to general maintenance and coordinating repairs
There is no business development and PCR involved.
To be eligible for the position, you must have the following:
- Own vehicle and a current WA Driver’s License
- Minimum 1-year experience as a property manager or assistant property manager
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and Magistrate Court procedure
- Current DMIRS Real Estate Sales Representative (Property Manager) License
- Experience in PropertyTree and Rentfind Inspector is preferred but not essential
You will be given a base salary plus superannuation, mobile phone, fuel card and KPI bonus as the salary package.
