Job details:
- Portfolio management structure with no Leasing or Routines & support across reporting, lease renewals and maintenance
- Strong focus on relationship building with Owners & Tenants
- PropertyTree software
- Monday to Friday

- Salary up to $60-65,000 plus superannuation negotiable with experience
The successful Applicant will have:
- 2-5 years Property Management experience
- Customer relationship driven
- Hold a current QLD certificate of registration
- QLD drivers licence
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be goal driven and self motivated to fit into a like minded team
