Duties
Include but not limited to:
End to End Management of a Residential Property Portfolio
Leasing
Open for inspections - including Saturdays
Client and Tenant Liaison
Skills and Experience
Agents Representative Certificate
Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
Prior Real Estate Experience highly desirable
Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills
Driver's License and Reliable car
A willingness to learn and a drive to succeed
