THE ROLE
Reporting to the Group Managing Director, this pivotal new senior role will see you focused initially on recruitment.
This role is a non-selling role but is ultimately responsible for ensuring the sales targets of the sites are achieved. This role has a strategic focus and will be the one that ‘makes things happen’.
Key responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Sales Director and liaising directly with the developers, this pivotal new role will see you handed 50 – 100 channel partners, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain existing & building relationships with Real Estate agents & referral groups via telephone and face to face interaction
- Research new Real Estate Agents within key geographical areas
- Build new relationships with Real Estate Agents and Agency groups
- Conduct presentations on all new developments
- Provide Agents with all relevant marketing material and information to maximise sales
- Book Agents in for development launches
- Update all Agents with current stock availability
- Attend networking meetings and functions
WHAT YOU NEED
- Be highly energetic, passionate, hungry to succeed
- An experienced ‘relationship selling’ professional with demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding targets.
- Preferably a good knowledge of the current project environment in Sydney
- A solid relationship management track record and an ability to think proactively
