One of Australia’s largest and fastest growing PropTechs, our client is a software solution for Real Estate agencies and looking for a new member of the Customer Support team.
Duties
Working within a marketing team of 6 and reporting in to the CMO, this role’s purpose is to increase leads, engagement and ultimately the revenue for the business. Due to an internal promotion, this new role's main tasks will include:
- Create and execute a cohesive and well executed B2B marketing strategy
- Develop compelling product positioning, run campaigns & generate a consistent pipeline of sales qualified leads
- Manage all channels including the website, blogs, SEO, social media, advertising, PR, EDM’s, print and video
- Be a ‘thought-leader’ for the product (internally and externally) through: lunch learning sessions, product breakfasts, conferences, key sales pitches and PR opportunities
- Help to ensure product launches run smoothly
Specific requirements
- Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in marketing / communications
- Experience in SaaS / PropTech will be well regarded
- Ideally experience in, or knowledge of Property Management
- A keen interest in, and demonstrated affinity for social media
- Practical experience of software packages such as Adobe, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Joomla, Vimeo, Mailchimp, Salesforce etc preferred
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
