Our Client
Our client is a leading Sydney property builder / developer who has delivered several acclaimed apartment projects. Due to growth across all of their divisions and recent acquisitions, their Marketing team is expanding.
Duties
This is an exciting and varied role where you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s marketing initiatives and supporting their current marketing team
- Implementing effective marketing strategies to promote both the brand and the property they have available for sale, across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
- Analysing market trends and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing efforts
- Mentoring junior marketing professionals/junior marketing coordinator
- Supporting PR strategies and communications for projects
- Budget and Invoice management for project campaigns
- Overing the coordination of asset production, such as aerials, renders, floor plans and general marketing material.
- Coordination of Internal/External events
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in marketing management within Property or Real Estate
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the use of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field will be viewed with preference
