Marketing Coordinator - Shopping Centre

About the role:

This excellent entry-level opportunity has become available at a large shopping centre in Brisbane’s Northern suburbs.

Suitable for a marketing graduate or someone with some hands-on experience in marketing!

Duties:

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and working side by side, you will be responsible for:

• Maximising retailer engagement at the centre
• Provide guidance and support to retailers to actively promote their businesses
• Manage the centre's marketing strategy and centre branding
• Manage and deliver the centre website and associated social media channels
• Coordinate centre events and related marketing

In a nutshell, this role will give you the tools to become a pro in:

• Social media & digital marketing
• Marketing strategy
• Branding
• PR
• Events & activations
• Exposure to financials & budgets

Skills & experience: 

• Previous experience working as a Marketing Coordinator or Assistant is advantageous but not essential
• Be a recent graduate looking for an entry-level position
• Experience with social media marketing platforms
• Bubbly and friendly personality, and not afraid to go out and build relationships with retailers and customers!
• Community-focused and passionate about shopping centres
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Great work ethic with high attention to detail
• Creative event management skills
