Leasing Executive

stand-out office in the East, specialising in Property Management

Our Client:
Our client is a stand-out office in the East, specialising in Property Management. Creating an incredible environment for their staff, they have a long-standing team and a great management team to provide guidance.

Duties:
Supporting a team of 4 experienced Property Managers, your day-to-day will include:

  • Photographing and writing advertisements of available for lease properties
  • Taking enquiries and providing property information
  • Showing available properties via open and private appointments
  • Managing the key register
  • Checking tenancy applications and references
  • Any other duties that you feel contribute to and can grow the rent roll

Specific requirements:
This role will require someone who loves operating at a fast pace, is self-motivated and requires little management supervision. Essentials for this role include:

  • A current Real Estate Certificate
  • A reliable car (and of course drivers license)
  • Previous sales or Leasing experience (doesn’t have to be real estate)
  • Strong communication skills
  • A desire to be in Real Estate longterm
