Our Client:

Duties:
With somewhere between 1200 and 1400 settlements due in 2024, this is a pivotal role to ensure exceptional service and guidance is provided to clients following the purchase of property, right through to settlement. Duties will include:
- Nurse customers and provide information and guidenace in the period from purchase to settlement and enusre they are prepared for each stage of the process
- Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly settlement status reports
- Liaise with Vendors, Agents, Solicitors, Financial Planners, Brokers, Buyers, and Internal Staff about the status of Contracts, Settlement, and Construction Progress
- Interpret and explain fundamental contract terms & conditions
- Prepare pitch materials, handover booklets, and manuals for document preparation
- Assist members with defect inspections, depreciation schedules, and property leasing.
Specific requirements:
- Possess a solid understanding of timeframes within the House & Land development process
- 2+ years in a similar role within a high-volume developer, builder, broker etc
- Willing to work outside of normal weekday 9-5 hours (rarely, but when necessary during peak periods)
- Maturity and a client-experience-focused mindset
- Real Estate Certificate of License is preferred (but not essential)
- Ideally have a passion for property investing and a high EQ
