Our Client:

Offering services across Residential Building Management, Concierge and Defect management, Cleaning and Landscaping as well as Commercial Facilities, our client is a wholly Australian owned business that has been operating successfully for over 20 years.
 
Duties:

Offering an opportunity to work within a new Build-To-Rent property owned by a developer, you will relish working in this well-built residence. Working autonomously, you will be responsible for:

  • Effective management of all contractors on site including performance and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
  • Ensuring all building procedures are maintained
  • Managing the defects reporting and scheduling
  • Liaising with stakeholders & service providers
  • Day to day management of the asset
  • Maintaining up to date documentation and compliance
  • Provide reporting and attend meetings where required

  
Specific requirements:

To be successfully shortlisted for this role, you will have:

  • 4+ years experience in Building Management
  • Sound knowledge of routine building requirements and WHS
  • Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience managing defects is preferred
  • Ambitious and looking for a role where you can develop your career.
