Our Client:

Offering services across Residential Building Management, Concierge and Defect management, Cleaning and Landscaping, as well as Commercial Facilities, our client is a wholly Australian-owned business that has been operating successfully for 15+ years.
 
Duties:

Offering an opportunity to step into a brand new residential building of circa 170 lots, you will work autonomously and be responsible for:

  • Setting up and running a brand-new building located in North West Sydney/Hills District.
  • Manage defects as necessary and liaise with relevant stakeholders to rectify any issues
  • Effective management of all contractors on site, including performance and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
  • Ensuring all building procedures are maintained
  • Liaising with Owners, Executive Committee members and Service providers
  • Providing guidance and advice on annual expenditure and budgets
  • Creating and presenting monthly reports
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation and compliance
  • Attending scheduled Committee meetings and Annual General Meetings  

Specific requirements:

To be successfully shortlisted for this role, you will have:

  • 2 to 3+ years’ experience in Building Management
  • Sound knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation and WHS
  • Professional presentation with excellent written skills
  • Experience in setting up new buildings, implementing systems and processes, and handling defects.
  • Clear and concise verbal communication skills
  • Ambitious and looking for a role where you can develop your career
  • Ideally live near, or an easy commute to Rouse Hill
