This role is a step up from your average Body Corporate support role, you will be assisting a Senior Body Corporate Manager and will get a taste of what it's like to be a Body Corporate Manager so drive and passion for the Property industry is paramount.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General Administrative duties including email enquiries & diary management
- Daily organisation and prioritisation
- Assistance with processing and following up on maintenance requests
- Preparing meeting documents and minutes
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone and face to face
- Providing support in meetings
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Direct experience within Body Corporate
- Drive to progress within the industry
- Stable & loyal work history
- Excellent communication skills
- Have strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
- Positive "can do" attitude
- Strong administrative skills and ability to contribute ideas and skills
- Advanced computer skills
