Our ever expanding business is in need of an experienced local Part-Time Property Manager to join our Alkimos team. This position will suit a candidate seeking school based hours or a change in lifestyle. Hours will be 9am - 2:30pm 3 to 4 days per week. Must be available to work school holidays. At least 1 year experience using Property Tree software is essential.
Main Tasks:
* Caring for a small local portfolio of approximately 55 properties.
* Managing all processes involved with WaterCorp bills and Shire rates using Property Tree.
* Processing all bonds and liaising with Bond Administration.
* Conducting all routine and final bond inspections using Inspection Manager
* Liaising with owners and tenants by phone and email.
* General office administration required for the role.
* Proficient use of all aspects of Property Tree software
Required qualifications:
* Must have current Property Management Registration with DMIRS
* Must have current WA drivers license
* Professional appearance and approach
* Ability to complete and track all tasks to completion
* Initiative and problem solving ability
* Attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong IT skills and use of iPhone technology
* Sense of humour is a must

* Immediate start preferred. Fortnightly pay structure.
