The Opportunity
No Trust Accounts, No PCR’s & No Routine Inspections!!!
In this role you will be able to do:
Lease Preparation/Renewals
Management Authority Signups/ Renewals
Vacate Process/Final Bond Inspections
Tenant and Landlord communication
Arrears management
Tenant Applications and Approvals Process
Creditor Invoices
Minimal Home Opens
Coordinating Repairs and Maintenance
Court Hearings/Insurance Claims - when required
Respond to General Calls/Emails in a time effective manner

Skills & Experience Required:
A Current WA Certificate of Registration is ESSENTIAL
Current Australian drivers licence
Minimum 3 Years’ experience in Property Management
Proficient using REST
Positive attitude & ability to work in a Team Environment
Strong Time Management Skills/Communication Skills
