About the Role
In joining this Property Management team this role involves the management of a clean and well managed portfolio of 150 properties, located 5-10 minutes from the office!
Duties
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Manage a portfolio of 150 local properties
Leasing
Inspections
Client Liaison
Repairs and Maintenance
Arrears
Enquiries
Skills and Experience
Some Property Management experience
Agents representative certificate
Reliable, Presentable Car & current Australian Drivers Licence
Ability to work independently
Strong communications skills
Positive attitude
