Ray White Special Projects Qld is a market leading agency who specialise in the marketing and sale of residential development sites within Qld and Northern NSW.

We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our successful team and support the Directors. You will focus primarily on lead generation and database management but will also gain exposure to managing marketing campaigns and preparing submissions and Information Memorandums.

Ray White Special Projects Qld is a market leading agency who specialise in the marketing and sale of residential development sites within Qld and Northern NSW. 

We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our successful team and support the Directors.  You will focus primarily on lead generation and database management but will also gain exposure to managing marketing campaigns and preparing submissions and Information Memorandums.  This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to spend time learning from the ground up first and demonstrates the motivation and capability to progress into a Sales Executive down the track.

In this role you will be rewarded for your results through an incentive based commission structure as well as a base salary to support you while you are learning and developing.  This position would suit a highly motivated individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills who wants to start or continue their career in real estate.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Proactive canvassing and prospecting for new business
  • Database management
  • Assisting in marketing campaign management
  • Responding to and follow up of purchasing enquiries
  • Preparation of marketing submissions and Information Memorandums

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a sales and/or customer service role
  • Client orientated approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Understanding of industry legislation / current market trends
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive team player with a high level of enthusiasm
  • Sales background within residential or commercial real estate sector
  • Proficiency with Google suite, Excel and CRM systems
  • Exposure to the Real Estate industry highly regarded
  • Current Real Estate licence preferred but not essential
