Real Estate Sales Consultant

We have a great team based at Humpty Doo and with a new management team in place, we are seeking a Real Estate Sales professional to help us continue to deliver the best outcomes we can for our clients.

About the role:
You will perform a hands-on role and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to source leads, drive listings and sales for residential and rural residential properties. You will ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers throughout the sales process. Supported by a Real Estate Administration Assistant you will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that are relevant to the local market. Capable of completing seamless sales transactions including overseeing the contract and settlement process and managing the clients’ expectations all the way to handover and beyond; you will build a credible suite of clients in the region. The role is commissioned based with a refundable retainer provided if required.

About you:
To be successful, you will have experience selling real estate and demonstrate proven sales success in a similar role, ideally developed within residential segment. You will be a self-motivated sales person, strong negotiator and driven to succeed and deliver results. A current Northern Territory real estate licence, proficiency with computers and a current driver’s licence will be essential.
