REAL ESTATE - RECEPTIONIST/RENTAL ADMINISTRATION

We have the opportunity for a receptionist at our office in Albert Park.

As the first point of contact, the receptionist is the voice and face of the company. The ability to ‘multi-task’ is essential and will enable you to greet visitors and receive incoming calls whilst maintaining a calm and helpful demeanour. Daily administration duties include preparation of documents for the lease and management of properties, legally binding notices and reports.

Applicants must be well-groomed, articulate and computer literate. The ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail ensures success in the role. Only applicants with a minimum of 2 years reception experience will be considered. Previous real estate experience will be highly regarded. This role is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday.
