The Role:

* Day to day management of properties
* Landlord and tenant communication
* Scheduling and undertaking in-going, routine and final inspections
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance
* Rental arrears, increases and re-lets
* Dispute resolution and tribunal appearance if needed
Requirements:
You will be coming from a real estate background; willing to take their next step in their Real Estate career! You will have impeccable presentation and local knowledge of the St George area is preferable
