Duties
Managing portfolio of 100 properties to start
Condition reports
Routine inspections
Leasing
Maintenance
About You
6-12 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager
Must speak fluent Mandarin
Current Police Check
Australian Driver's Licence
Strong Communication Skills
Professional personal presentation
