Since 2013, our centrally located boutique agency has been delivering unique property management solutions across Adelaide. As a family owned and operated business, we offer a personalised experience where our landlords and tenants feel valued.

Focused on providing a superior client experience and using latest technologies, you will be responsible for day-to-day property management tasks including, but not limited to;

•Tenant enquiry management and coordinating open inspections and/or private viewings
(Please note that our opens are conducted predominately after hours/Saturday.A per property leasing bonus will be offered.)

•Screening and presenting tenancy applications to landlords

•Conducting property ingoing condition inspections

•Proactively communicating with landlords around all aspects of the leasing process

•Assisting the Senior Property Manager with maintenance, lease renewals, arrears management if required

In order to succeed in this role you will possess;

•The ability to develop good relationships with a firm but friendly and diplomatic approach

•A desire to go above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service

•Commitment to demonstrating trust and respect through open communication

•An eye for and appreciation to detail

•Exceptional time management and prioritising skills

•Confident nature with strong initiative, a 'can do' attitude and ability to apply a common sense approach

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

•Ability to develop a high level building, trade and maintenance understanding, resulting in being able to proactively identify, communicate and coordinate maintenance as identified at ingoing inspection.

•Experience using Microsoft Office and web based applications (essential)

•Experience in a similar role and/or certification is preferred however not essential, we are simply seeking for the right person to fit our business.

•A current driver's license and police check
